Update on 12/25

I came at the source with a fresh mind and was able to see what needed to be done to clean some things up here are the changes made today:

• Changed timer to be per second rather than an erroneous method based off of event.
• Cleaned up positioning of question and answers
• Behind the scene tweaks, cleaning up blueprints
• Highscores now save and load properly.
